Keeping it super simple with this week’s blog post. 101 ideas for Self-Care. Print it out and stick it somewhere. Add to it. Enjoy making a list of things that make you happy. Even just this printed out somewhere you can see on a regular basis will instil those thoughts subconsciously and you’ll soon just do it without even thinking about it.
