• REMEMBER & APPRECIATE THAT YOU ARE HEALTHY
  • Stop watching the news and Meditate—or learn to meditate. There are 100’s of free videos and apps.
  • Clean your closet, organize your underwear drawer.
  • Do yoga stretches
  • Go through your files and PURGE
  • Delete the 700 emails you keep meaning to delete.
  • Write Real letters with stamps
  • Call your mother, father, great aunt an old friend or anyone and everyone in your phone book
  • Read any of the books that are collecting dust on your shelf
  • Start writing the book you’ve been thinking you should write
  • Take an extra-long bath, with bubbles, Epsom salt, candles, nice music and your beverage of choice
  • Look in your pantry and fridge create something brand new with the ingredients
  • Plan your next trip
  • Write your eulogy and live up to the person you want to be
  • Play a board game
  • Learn to play a new game
  • Practice a new language
  • Appreciate the food you’ve prepared and deconstruct all the parts of how it grew, the conditions under which it grew, the people who transported it to you. Recognize how connected you really are.
  • Learn something new on YouTube. Juggling is great for the brain ( start with rolled socks)
  • Take a nap, or sing, or dance, or paint, or have sex with your healthy partner (or yourself, if you’re alone)
  • Pretend the electrical power is out– use only candles and NO electronics
  • Write your thoughts about this period of time, how it affected you, what you thought and what you did. Make a prediction about what it will mean. Then bury it in a time capsule.
  • Get an extra hour of sleep.
  • Go through the alphabet and thank each body part that starts with a letter of the alphabet: ( Ex: A: I appreciate my abdomen, B: I appreciate my brain etc.)  Be curious about what parts start with J, X, & Z  There are more than 1!!
  • REMEMBER YOU ARE HEALTHY. APPRECIATE ANYTHING and EVERYTHING
