Thich Nhat Hanh is a Vietnamese Buddist Monk. He received the Pacem in Terris Peace and Freedom Award in 2015, the Gandhi Mandela peace medal and the Luxembourg Peace Award in 2019 . These simple rules have helped me getting out of difficult time. And today one year after, I find back energy and joy to restart a new journey, build a business I love and be present each moment for my children.
