1.Prioritize Your Priorities

This will help you have a plan to cop with competing deadlines and fast-changing priorities.Your therefore have to focus on those projects that will have the most impact and are best aligned with your goals.This greatly aids you eliminate any incidence that can lead workplace stress
2. Exercise regularly.
Physical activity releases feel-good and stress-relieving chemicals. Every time you find your stress level on the rise, this is the best moment you can take to fight it back. You can stretch, take heavy deep breath in and out, run in place, dance, or walk around your work place. Doing so helps you turns off your flight or fight stress response. Exercises also ensure that you are physically fit and eliminate boredom
3. Schedule quality social time.
When we’re working crazy hours, we can find ourselves detached from our relationships. Each week, schedule some time with a loved to just be together, hang out, and laugh. No work talk allowed, and no checking the smartphone. Disengage from work and reengage with those that matter. This helps reduce any stress that can come from on loved one and chip in to be work related stress. It helps us regain that lost energy during work.
4. Keep your self healthy
Keeping our-self healthy helps as keep fit and be enthusiastic in every duties that we undertake at our workplaces. We can improve our health by ensuring we are taking balance diet by eating whole foods, eating more fruits and vegetables (especially green ones), and getting a healthy dose of omega-3 fatty acids from salmon or seeds such as hemp, chia, and flax. Nourishing your body will make you better prepared to take on whatever challenges you’ll face at work. 5. Get enough sleep
Long hours of working and lack of taking enough time to sleep leads to low quality of productivity in every field that you may be in or may lead to generation of high level of stress.
