  1. Map your destination, but get there one street at a time.
  2. Remember that help is always a suggestion, not a commandment.
  3. Don’t take anything personally.
  4. Redirect with ease and patience as many times as necessary and when you get off track, remember rule #3.
  5. Choose the voice you want to hear.
  6. Take note of the gas stations.
  7. Be mindful of changes in your environment.
  8. Don’t judge.
  9. Acknowledge when you have arrived at your destination.
