Spontaneous Contacts With the Deceased: A Large-scale International Survey Reveals the Circumstances, Lived Experience and Beneficial Impact of After-death Communications (ADCs)

As you turn the pages, you will discover the results of the largest-ever international scientific investigation into the phenomenology and impact of spontaneous and direct After-Death Communications (ADCs). This survey, in which more than a thousand people participated, offers an in-depth understanding of the circumstances, nature and consequences of these beautiful and consoling experiences lived by many, particularly the bereaved.

The survey attests to the beneficial impact of these contacts initiated by the deceased to benefit their loved ones. People who experience ADCs perceive the desire of their deceased loved ones to inform them that they have survived the body’s death and continue existence in an unknown and unknowable dimension in which they are happy. They assure the living of their love and support beyond physical death.

Talking with Angel About Illness, Death and Survival

Talking with Angel about Illness, Death and Survival is the moving story of a young girl battling leukaemia. She eventually realises she will die and receives hope and comfort through nightly conversations with her favourite doll, Angel, who helps her embrace a new perspective on dying and the possibility that consciousness may survive after death. Her new-found spiritual wisdom ultimately lifts her fear of death, the account of a near-death experience told to her by a young companion, and her deathbed vision of her deceased grandmother.

Evelyn Elsaesser is an independent researcher and author on death-related experiences, especially Near-Death Experiences (NDE) and After-Death Communications (ADCs). She is the project leader of the research project “Investigation of the Phenomenology and Impact of Direct and Spontaneous After-Death Communications (ADCs)” and a founding member and member of the board of Swiss IANDS (International Association for Near-Death Studies). She lives just outside Geneva, Switzerland.
