Trying to stump intelligent personal assistants with silly questions is fast becoming one of the 21st century’s favorite pastimes, but we’re pleased that our new partnership with Amazon has culminated in something more productive: an Alexa skill, designed to help you seamlessly integrate well-being into your everyday life.

The skill includes science-backed tips for a better night’s sleep and a guided meditation by Agapi Stassinopoulos to help you “power down,” fall asleep, and wake up feeling refreshed and recharged.

Try out the skill on your Alexa-enabled device simply by saying, “Alexa, enable the Thrive skill.” And we’ll be releasing more Alexa skills in the upcoming weeks, so be sure to stay tuned.
