Early Life
Ahmed Ali Riaz was born in the Rawalpindi district in 1978. From the beginning he was too involved in the property industry, obviously his father remain the most impressive man in this business so it all started from the home. After completing his education, he was keen to to follow the footsteps of his father. He joined dad’s company as a procurement manager in the sales and marketing department and worked his way to the top tier.
Back in 2005 he was appointed as project manager in Bahria Town where he worked hard and made way to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Bahria Town (Pvt) Ltd.
He got married to Mubashra Ali Malik (comes from a Pakistani family which is the owners of the largest sugar refineries in Pakistan) in the year 2003 and later took all the Philanthropic activities of Bahria Town. One of the most successful events in Pakistan was to provide free food to over 150,000 poor people in Dastarkhwan by their team.
Successful Projects
Ahmed Ali signed a deal with the real estate businessman in 2013 and signed to realize the vision of “the first-ever Island town of Pakistan” following the 2013 agreement with Thomas Kramer, a U.S. real estate tycoon. The contract included developing and constructing in the city of Karachi, the Package, and the Bodha Islands.
There are many projects such as the Blue World City project of Islamabad or Bahria city Karachi project remain under his supervision. He has handled projects like No Sports City and Golf City in Bahria city and also plans to build a mosque on the other side, and his team is working well on all these projects. They are also working for the Bahria Town Lahore and Bahria Town Peshawar project.
