Barbara Cain is a retired psychotherapist and former supervisor of the University of Michigan's Psychological Clinic working in each capacity for over 40 years. Her work has appeared in the New York Times Magazine, Science Times at the New York Times, The Christian Science Monitor, Time.com and elsewhere. She is the author of Autism, The Invisible Cord, A Sibling's Diary, Silver Medal Winner, Mom's Choice Award.
