In my book, "Finding Your Niche Can Be a Real Bitch, but It Doesn't Have to Be," I interviewed several people (including Dilbert comic strip creator Scott Adams) who discovered their life purpose and distilled their lessons into a process that can be emulated by anyone. My focus is helping people reinvent. I am not a career counselor. I am not trying to help people find their next “job.” What I’m trying to do is help people find their next step…whatever form that takes.
