Dr. Ranjani Iyer is an educator, administrator, researcher, and
curriculum developer. She has a doctorate in education and loves
interweaving Heartfulness practices in her math classroom and
school. She is a mother of three teens and enjoys spending time
with them collaborating on research and mental wellness projects.
She currently teaches middle and upper school math.
Ranjani Iyer leads curriculum development, training, support, and
research for the Heartfulness Program for Schools. She oversees
a team creating diverse, interactive, and experiential lesson plans
for K-12 students, focusing on social-emotional skills, character
education, and values. She provides online and onsite training for
educators in North America, supports research studies, and
collaborates with nonprofits like PVSA and CASEL to promote
holistic growth for young adults. She received the Detroit Duchess
Award 2024 for Humanitarian Services in recognition of her work
in fostering a culture of compassion and well-being within
Michigan schools and community. She has published several
articles in international journals in the field of education and
mental health.
