As Chief Executive Officer and President of Serve You, Sharon has overall executive responsibility for Operations, Sales, Compliance, Information Systems, Client Relations, Serve You DirectRxSM Mail Service and Specialty Pharmacies, and all facets of the Serve You business and organization. Sharon has served in this capacity for more than 17 years, making her tenure as a leader of a pharmacy benefit management (PBM) firm among the longest in the industry. Her extensive experience in the PBM industry has involved operations, business consulting, sales and marketing, and business systems development.
In addition to her leadership of Serve You, Sharon is an active member of the Milwaukee and Wisconsin business communities and has promoted, participated in, and led numerous business and community groups, including such worthwhile organizations as Angel On My Shoulder, which helps hundreds of patients and their families who are battling cancer each year.
Sharon is a member of the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) as well as other national industry-related organizations.
