Lately, all I read is advice on how to start your own business, how to dream big, how to be a success.
Although I like all the inspiration, I have issues with all this narrative.
What about someone who doesn’t want to start their own business?
What about those who feel like failures by reading all those articles?
Well, I am here to tell you that it’s OK to be exactly who you are and who you want to be.
Imagine a world where everyone is a business owner…who would then fill the positions needed?
Imagine a world where everyone is a CEO… who would then create a team under the CEO?
There are VERY SPECIAL people out there, who love what they do and do not aspire to own a business, but instead are happy with offering their expertise to the company they work for.
SO BE HAPPY in your skin, and ALWAYS BE AUTHENTIC.
BE YOURSELF and don’t fret about everything you read.
Each of us has a role to play in this life, and it’s totally fine.
No labels, no criticism, no judgment is allowed for another’s life choices.
