In my interview with Andrea Leonelli, she shared openly her top 7 principles for business success that she still live by.
1. First you have to listen to your client .
2. Build a relationship. Relationships must be built on trust.
3. Keep your word. Do what you say you will do.
4. Never lie to a client. If you ever lie to client, you will lose ten years of their trust.
5. Give your clients what they want .

BIOGRAPHY:
Andrea Leonelli was born and raised in Lakewood, Ohio. She did not have the perfect life at all. Despite of all the obstacles that she faced in her childhood including sexual abuse and then growing up with drug addiction, car accident, and cancer, she managed to build a multi-million dollar enterprise.
Now 60, and clean and sober for 34 years, Leonelli tells her story with authentic power. She traces her drug dependency to being sexually abused as a child. She started using heroin at 14 and became a model at 17 in NYC.
She retired from modeling in 1996 but still a great beauty and currently living in Malibu.
That Thanksgiving, Leonelli’s stepson was driving the family to Las Vegas. Andrea was sleeping in the back with her two-year-old daughter, Allie, when the car crashed. Leonelli remembers being drawn toward a bright light, but knew she had to go back to take care of her daughter. With a broken neck, dislocated hip, fractured pelvis, broken wrists and knee, and her teeth knocked out, Leonelli rose like a phoenix to find her daughter.
Her husband didn’t have life insurance. After the accident, Leonelli had to get back to work as soon as possible. She had a master’s in fine arts and a degree in psychology but her business was in “lease labor” — workers’ compensation and payroll. Despite her injuries, Leonelli’s company became a multimillion dollar business. She signed her first contract two months after the accident for $6 million, while still in a wheelchair, with a halo drilled into skull.
She currently resides in Malibu and her passion is creating balance, and being a role model for her daughter.
