Regular : 2 ½ x 1 ¼ inches

The process:

– Cupcake mix

– Large bowl

– Regular size muffin ( 12 count)

– Paper baking cups

– Saucepan

– Collect and keep cupcake ingredients

– Preheat oven to 325°F.

– Place paper baking cups in line of 24 regular-size muffin cups

– Take a large bowl and mix the flour, granulated sugar, salt and give a whisk. Keep aside.

– In ¼ size saucepan, melt one cup of butter, water and three tablespoons of baking cocoa to boiling

– Remove from heat and add the flour. Mix and combine. Add buttermilk, baking soda, vanilla, bougon and eggs.

– Mix well and combine. Add chopped pecans

– Spread the batter evenly among muffin cups, filling upto 2/3rd full.

– Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
