Absolutely. I came up through the world of MMA, walking around at 220 pounds in camp and cutting to the 190s before stepping into the cage. Although every blood panel labeled me “the epitome of wellness,” my energy was draining away year after year. But after a training-camp heart-rate spike almost killed me, I realized something far deeper than lab results was wrong. Three years of holistic rehab—Chinese medicine, yoga, breathwork, meditation—followed, culminating in a powerful Kundalini surge that rewired my entire understanding of health.

When every test said you were normal, what convinced you to keep digging for answers?

My body’s signals grew impossible to ignore. Each morning felt like I’d already fought five rounds, even though doctors told me I was fine. That disconnect between their clipboards and my lived reality told me the standard metrics were missing something important. Trusting those inner alarms kept me searching until I found approaches that measured energy, not just numbers.

How did the traditional medical model fall short for your situation?

Acute care in the modern world is miraculous; it can put us back together from car-crash injuries with complex surgeries. Yet the routine panels we rely on for wellness just aren’t sensitive enough to detect the true condition of our organs or energetic stagnation. I was spiraling downward while still earning a “perfectly fit” report card. That gap showed me we need assessments capable of reading the body’s subtler forms of distress.

You met an energy master who can literally project electricity from his hands. What happened during your first visit?

He took my pulse, closed his eyes, and calmly listed every weak organ—kidneys depleted, heart inflamed, liver qi stagnating—without a single lab test. His disappointment wasn’t personal; it was a comment on how little our lifestyle nurtures real vitality. Standing in front of someone who can emit bioelectric power made it obvious I’d only scratched the surface of wellness. That moment became my proof that we must monitor energy flow, not just lab ranges.

Why do you believe our typical lifestyle leaves him “so disappointed”?

I always think I’m in peak condition, ready to show him my progress in my training, but my excitement is usually met with a mild frown of disappointment at best. It’s because our diet and lifestyle are just not compatible with building wellness and longevity. We have lost “the way.” We glorify nonstop hustle: 48-hour work marathons, stimulant-spiked energy drinks, and pride in four hours of sleep. Those habits grind the body’s circuits until they stagnate with tension and inflammation. Rest, rhythm, and genuine nourishment are treated as luxuries instead of essentials. His reaction highlighted how far our routines drift from what the body truly needs.

What does the wellness model you’ve created look like in practice?

It begins by acknowledging that the body is a living electrical network. I assess each organ’s real energetic state, then craft diet, exercise, and Muscle Release plans that build up weak circuits; for example, foods that fortify the kidneys’ long-term power bank. My muscle-release system frees decades of tension in seconds, clearing blocked channels so current can flow smoothly. Add a positive mind-reset, and people gain a roadmap that raises energy without the old “no pain, no gain” mantra.

What’s the issue with the way most people stretch?

Traditional stretching often means yanking on tight muscles almost like the more discomfort, or “stretch” the more progress. All we are doing by stretching really is yanking on the joints, which doesn’t get the muscles to release or really do anything productive. By contrast, targeted release work uses gentle positioning to melt muscle tension, opening circuits instead of jamming them. When release replaces strain, you gain range of motion and a surge of vitality rather than lingering soreness.

As a dietitian, how does food fit into your energy strategy?

Biohacking tools are everywhere. Why do you approach them with caution?

Because trends change yearly, but the underlying duct tape remains the same: pushing stimulants or shiny gadgets onto an exhausted system. If energy channels are blocked, a new gadget or supplement will only supply a temporary buzz. True upgrades come from clearing the pathways first, so any technology has a healthy foundation to amplify. Otherwise, each fad becomes another layer of tape over growing leaks.

How do you balance the power of mindset with the reality of physical depletion?

The mind is extraordinary; placebo research proves belief can spark spontaneous healing in many cases. Yet if organs are drained and circuits blocked by tension, positive thinking alone hits a ceiling. Clearing physical blockages gives mental practices open pathways to flourish. Getting rid of these pent-up emotions and mental frustrations can prevent self-sabotage even when our physical energy is soaring.

How does genuine energy feel compared with the old “normal” you lived in?

It’s like waking from grayscale into full color. Instead of slogging through mornings on caffeine, you pop out of bed buzzing, similar to a child after birthday cake, yet totally natural. Once people experience that baseline, fatigue becomes unacceptable rather than our norm. They discover there are higher levels of energy we haven’t felt since we were kids, and even beyond that. The body was designed to feel full of energy and excited, not merely functional!

Is there a ceiling on how high human energy can climb?

I haven’t found one yet. When people can store bioelectric voltage in their bodies and project it through their hands, it proves multiple tiers of vitality remain untapped. Each time you clear a blockage, you gain access to another rung on the ladder. The journey becomes less about chasing limits and more about continuous expansion.

For someone new to your work, what are the first steps you recommend?

We start with an energetic assessment of your circuits and major organ systems, then design dietary and movement strategies to balance weaknesses.
