Yes, the worst has been over already! You are in it! So take a few simple steps below to be always an optimistic person regardless of anything.

Equipe yourself with some powerful ‘anti-burnout’ mantras

How about starting your day with powerful mantras like the below?

‘Burnout is my inner-being calling me to my fullest”. ‘Things will always work out for me!’ Or ”I know I come to life to experience it. Life would be so boring without such an event!’

morning rampage by Abraham Hicks is a great way to start a day. Try this out, I used to download and put it as my alarm message to wake up every morning! (Yes, I know, I’m extreme!).

Congratulate yourself on the smallest ‘anti-burnout’ success!

‘I had a good sleep, well done! I had a great time with my kids this afternoon without worrying about my grocery shopping, super! I did cut down two things to do on my list, good job!’ All these small things will move you out greatly from your burnout. So don’t forget to celebrate your success!

Know that post-burnout success will come

Sometimes you will feel stuck. ‘I don’t know what I like to do. Which job to apply to? What plan do I need to put in for the coming months? I just feel unmotivated for everything!’ I had the same feeling.

But be very patient and know it will come. Ideas will come. Circumstances will appear. Opportunity will show up. Just enjoy what you have right now, as simple as a nap this afternoon, or a tea in calm…

Start doing these 3 things today

The worst is indeed over when you’re in burnout. But it will only be so if you truly believe that. So start doing these 3 things to boost your beliefs. Have some powerful mantras. Celebrate success. And know the best will come.

I did these for several months after my worst time. They become such a habit that I can’t stop this thinking now, even at the…. dentist!
