AL: I recharge by being an avid drawer- I design , draw and produce all my family’s birthday cards – have done so all their lives.

AL: It’s always with me except when I go to bed.

AL: Fast . Zero in the inbox is a daily goal.

AL: 2008/2009 financial crisis . Worked 20/7 for three straight months
