I had the awesome opportunity to chat it up Danna Pratte. What a breathe of fresh air! Danna stressed the most important thing that often times we as human beings take for granted, our health. It seems to me that a lot of people just assume that they can run themselves on empty and that they will be “OK”. I for one have done this until I landed myself in the hospital recently.
I have heard many people say “I will sleep when I am dead”. Sadly that could come sooner than later if you’re not respecting your health and your body. Money is great, and its awesome to chase the paper, however, when your “sleeping when your dead” the money will be doing what it does long after you are gone. One of the most basic principals in health and nutrition according to Danna who is the CEO of Nutritional Brands is literally getting a good nights rest. Sleeping can have such a huge impact on your mood, your approach to life, your ability to problem solve and your looks. Thinking clearly is key when “chasing the paper”. Danna who is a mom talked also about the anti aging benefits of sleeping. Who doesn’t want to stay young looking for as long as possible? Fountain of Youth anyone? Sleeping Is free people! Simple “sleep” and rest is key to better health. At the end of the day, all you have is literally you.
Danna also shared some info on the products from Nutritional Brands including the flat tummy effect product “Aerobic Life”. It’s a wonderful feeling to wake up in the morning feeling refreshed, healthy and powerful. Don’t take my word for it, have a listen to the interview on iHEART Radio with Kimberly Jesika.
