1.What are you reading at the moment?
Toni Morrison’s Source of Self Regard

2.What’s keeping you awake at night? I worry about the hate on the rise, including hate from white supremacists, incels, and xenophobes.

3.What’s the one thing you can’t live without? Support from friends and family

4.What is the hardest thing you overcame? A desire to please others and to seek approval. It prevented me from seeing the truth in many situations.

5.How did you get out of your own way ? I focused on what I could control and my values. I let go of what I could not control and others’ values. I can only control my long-term goals and my convictions. and not the others, who might doubt me or try to block my path.

Her client list includes everything from Big Tech to social entrepreneurs, all of whom somehow withstand her truth bombs… and keep coming back for more.
