Thank you so much for joining us! Our readers would love to get to know you a bit better. Can you tell us a bit about your backstory?
Thank you. It’s wonderful to be here. I originally trained and practiced as a psychic medium, guiding clients through personal healing and spiritual awakening. My journey deepened when I faced my own challenges, including a battle with cancer. Through that experience, I discovered DNA-level heart map healing, which transformed my patterns and inspired my teachings. I now combine my personal insights and spiritual gifts in workshops worldwide.
Do you choose your colors, or do you just choose what fits for the day?
Right now, I choose what resonates with my energy each morning. Color is a powerful frequency that influences our mood and intentions, so I tune into what I need, whether it’s calm blues or vibrant yellows. Over time, my connection to color has deepened, and I often intuitively select hues that support my emotional state. It’s a simple practice, but it reinforces the mind-body-spirit connection every day.
How are you doing these days?
I’m feeling fabulous and engaged with my next level of service. After stepping back behind the scenes for so long, I’m now embracing technology, thanks to my team’s support, and expanding my reach. Launching new workshops and content keeps me busy, but in the best way, as it aligns with my mission to awaken others. Each day brings fresh opportunities to share healing tools and witness profound transformations in my clients.
How does being in nature positively affect you?
Immersing myself in nature was profoundly revitalizing. I sensed my body’s call for grounded, living frequencies—trees, earth, and fresh air—all of which recalibrate our energetic systems. My soul felt nourished, and I noticed an immediate shift in clarity and mood. When we honor these natural rhythms, we align with our truest selves and tap into universal healing vibrations.
Can you define the shadow and its emergence into light for us?
The shadow represents our hidden wounds and unhealed emotions, often rooted in past traumas and childhood patterns. Spirit has shown me that we’ve experienced these themes across lifetimes, and this incarnation is our opportunity for completion. By acknowledging our shadow, we stop unconsciously replaying old stories of pain, lack, and unworthiness. Bringing it into the light means integrating those aspects—compassionately transforming our inner critic into an ally that supports our growth.
How did you learn to do shadow work?
My initiation into shadow work began when Jesus, my spiritual guide, gently guided me through my own buried emotions. That process was intense and deeply personal, yet it revealed my capacity to facilitate healing for others. Each breakthrough in my life became a tool I share in workshops. Over many years, I’ve refined these techniques, blending intuitive guidance with energetic protocols.
How does the shadow energy manifest in us?
Shadow energy often shows up as self-doubt, procrastination, and patterns of fear or shame that undermine our potential. It’s unconscious but influences our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors… trapping us in old cycles. Physically, it can lodge as tension or pain in the body. By bringing compassionate awareness to these signals, we reclaim our power and choose responses from our authentic self.
Would you share the letter from the shadow that one of your workshop participants wrote?
Dear child of light, I am your shadow talking to you…
This letter eloquently voices the shadow’s perspective… its fears, strategies, and longing for integration. It reminds us that without the shadow, we’d never fully understand or embody the light within us. The participant’s courage to write this letter modeled deep self-compassion. It’s a transformative exercise that brings our hidden parts into dialogue, paving the way for wholeness.
How do you guide people through working with their shadow in your workshops?
In my five-day intensives, we begin by honoring the shadow as an essential part of our wholeness. Participants meet their shadow in a safe, witnessed setting, often with their spiritual team present: Jesus, Archangel Michael, and others. We then follow its energy back to its origin, whether a childhood memory or past-life imprint, and perform soul retrieval. Each encounter lightens the shadow’s charge until it merges harmoniously with our light.
What is sub-personality work, and how did you begin doing it?
Sub-personality work addresses the fragmented aspects of us—energetic personas that formed to protect or adapt during past challenges. My own sub-personality, Patty, emerged in early childhood to shield me from fear. Recognizing and releasing these parts was pivotal to my healing. I now introduce this process in every workshop, guiding participants to honor, transmute, and reintegrate these protective energies into their wholeness.
Can you share an example of a sub-personality release in one of your workshops?
In Stockholm, a participant struggled with chaotic energy that overwhelmed the room. During the sub-personality ritual, we located and released her protective aspect, one that had guarded her against trauma. Immediately, she shifted from frenetic motion to serene presence. Witnessing such a rapid transformation reminds me of the profound power of reclaiming our disowned parts.
How can sub-personalities affect us physically?
Frozen energies can lodge in our bodies, manifesting as chronic pain or tension. When a sub-personality is released, participants often report immediate relief in affected areas—hips, shoulders, or neck. This somatic release is a testament to the mind-body connection. Clearing these energetic blockages restores natural flow and vitality.
How do the ego and the shadow relate to one another?
The ego and shadow collaborate to maintain the status quo, protecting us but also limiting us. The shadow is unconscious hurt and fear; the ego is the conscious mechanism that reinforces self-image. Together, they perpetuate old narratives until we consciously disempower them. Integrating both allows us to step into greater authenticity and freedom.
What do you mean by a collective shadow right now?
We’re experiencing a collective dark night of the soul: mass activation of hidden pain and unprocessed trauma. As these themes surface, we face a choice: succumb to fear or transform it. Discernment and inner guidance are crucial in navigating this time. By choosing love over illusion, we contribute to the emergence of a higher collective consciousness.
How can our intuition guide us in these times?
Our body is our barometer; it signals what resonates and what doesn’t. If something feels discordant, our intuition is advising us to pause. Tuning into these bodily cues helps us align with our highest good. Cultivating this inner listening strengthens our trust in unseen guidance.
What happens when we clear the shadow energy?
When we clear shadow energy, reactions dissolve into observation. We gain the freedom to choose our responses consciously rather than react unconsciously. This shifts us into higher vibration, opening doors to creativity, peace, and expanded awareness. It’s a journey of moving from pain-based living into purpose-based being.
Can you walk us through your ego-taming process?
I guide participants to envision their path and higher I AM Self stepping forward. Then they identify the ego’s energetic form, wrap it in layers of golden light, and draw it into their heart’s center. This smothers the ego’s grip, releasing its hold and amplifying self-love. Practicing this regularly cultivates ongoing disempowerment of egoic patterns.
As we clear more shadows, how does our path in life change?
Each layer of cleared illusion smooths our journey; what once felt rugged and cracked becomes a newly paved road. As we integrate more light, challenges transform into supportive experiences. Our higher self guides us with greater clarity, and we step into our soul’s purpose with confidence and grace.
