I know this is not an easy job. What drives you?

Managing a Sales Agency can be stressful, from training and managing sales reps to managing client expectations.

  1. What drives me is the ripple effect my Sales Agency has on the world. knowing that helping other companies to grow and scale their business can impact their customers and that massive ripple effect can spread far and wide to millions across the world.
  2. Helping others: In order to be the best in my industry and deliver the best results I’m constantly reminding myself to be completely comfortable and confident that I will keep winning as I keep helping others win.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? What lesson did you learn from them?

While building my 7-figure sales agency I had one of my top mentors by my side Heather Wagenhals – she continually showed me support and care while giving me tough love.

Above all she showed me that as a great leader my job is to always keep an eye on the business and sales process. To learn which ideas are effective and which are less so.

How do you push through your worst times?

Always realizing that I have the ability to focus on either of two things; The challenge or the light and the solution that comes with the challenges. Most entrepreneurs typically only see the challenge and don’t realize that with every challenge comes a light and a solution.

I truly THRIVE off of challenges because it shapes you as an entrepreneur. Success is not something you reach but it is something you become.
