If I could show you a proven method to make your biggest goals actually happen, would you be willing to spend 5 minutes every day on it?

As a part of a daily morning routine, writing down your goals is an excellent way to start the day. You should question your goals to make sure they are what you really want, but once you know, you should make them happen.

With this simple practice, in five minutes a day (every day) you will drastically accelerate your goal achievement. Are you ready for the secret? It’s so simple…

Write your goals every day using the 3 P’s.

Personal, Positive, and Present Tense.

I began practicing this in the late 90’s, and you would not believe the results! Over the following seven years, my income more than quintupled, my career skyrocketed, my fitness greatly improved, and my relationships got better. All thanks to this five minute daily practice.

You should be careful: Writing my goals down every morning was so
effective, I got so successful, that I stopped doing it. (Have you ever done that?). I guess I started to think I didn’t need to. And both my career and income started to wane. So I went back to this simple daily practice, five minutes a day, and soon, things picked up again! Coincidence? I don’t think so, but try it yourself and you can be the judge.

In the five minutes or so that it takes to write this daily list, you are doing some amazing things in both your subconscious and conscious mind.

“To do things you’ve never done, you have to start by doing things you’ve never done.”

Get your journal ready, and every morning, write (and re-write) your list of goals. If you write them with the 3 P’s, and you write them every day, you will be doing some very interesting things with your subconscious mind.

I go into more detail about what this daily practice does to your mind over on my website. Download my free PDF ‘Goal Achievement in 5 Minutes a Day on my VIP site, created especially for the Virtuoso in Progress.
