Often times when I go through a situation challenging to bear, I wonder what God is trying to communicate to me. I wonder why He let me be in that situation in the first place.
A lot of times when things are going right, people give glory to the creator. But when they are going wrong they don’t look to Him for guidance and comfort.
I have seen it with myself.
I used to wonder why God was unjust to me, leaving me to be in a situation weighing heavy on my shoulders and crushing my spirit. I would wonder why He allowed the enemy to come at me like a flood.
The thing about the Creator, is He is always working for you and not against you. He sees you when you are struggling. He sees you when you are in the midst of great temptation that could cause a set-back in the progress you have made.
What I know is, in the midst of temptation, He is testing you.
He is looking to see whether you will hold on to His word.
He is looking to see if you will lean on Him.
He is looking to see whether you are humble enough to ask Him for help.
He is looking to see whether you are using the strength and power He gave you to overcome any obstacle in your life.
The Creator wants to reveal something in you.
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave nor forsake you- Deuteronomy 31:6
He will never put you in a position or situation He doesn’t think you can handle. He is not an unjust Father. Whatever situation you may find yourself in, He is there with you.
He will never leave nor forsake you. Realising that will give you the strength to preserve and the patience to know He will (in due time) reveal His great work in me.
Trust in Him with all your might. He never breaks promises and He will always put in your path what you need to lead a beautiful life.
