It can be a struggle not to match the vibration of those who are negative all the time. Let’s face it, some people are energy gains and others are energy drains!

“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it.  Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality.  It can be no other way.  This is not philosophy. This is physics.”  Albert Einstein.

As an empath I can be exceptionally aware of my environment and feel others’ emotions. It can become overwhelming to be around too many people for too long. Sometimes you just need to regroup in a safe space.

I saw a t-shirt that says, “It’s too peopley out there today”.

Emotions are the internal compass which often whispers truths and when you allow yourself the time to dig deep within you can get in touch with your real feelings. Emotions can also interfere with your ability to stay calm, centered and patient with yourself and others.

Feelings are dependent on our own emotional vibration and are governed by one’s brain chemistry.  The chemicals emitted to our brain can alter our thought patterns.

Don’t forget how our environment plays a large part in how we see things in the world and how it also can affects our mood.

If you’re in a negative mind set, ask yourself what is contributing to this feeling?

First ask negative questions.  For instance, “Am I angry, am I tired, am I fearful?”  “Am I scared, am I frustrated, am I lonely”.  I know when I ask myself these kind of questions my vibration feels low.

See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil

But, when you ask yourself more positive questions, “Am I content, am I grateful, am I hopeful?” “Am I aware, “Am I happy”, “Am I self-fulfilled?”, I feel lifted.

Try it for yourself and check in to see how you are feeling in this moment.

By vibrating on a different level, you can change things for the better. Seeing things more positively lifts your vibrations so you can tune into your higher self.

Notice how by asking questions just a bit differently your mind shifts to a place of positivity. Do this consistently and all these little adjustments and tweaks will allow you the opportunity to change your life for the better.

“Many run about after happiness like an absent-minded man hunting for his hat while it is in his hand or on his head.” James Sharp (1613-1679)
