Two days, two important marches (actually many around the globe) — the Indigenous People’s March and the Women’s March; countless numbers are standing together in a call for action.
I feel such profound gratitude for the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the nonviolence he taught the people of this country. I thought of his vision of the Beloved Community many times while traveling with the grandmothers.
