As Mo watched, he could not help but be taken in by her calm. It was as if she were listening to music no one else could hear. The smile on her face spoke of a happiness he had never known.
Mo thought to himself,
“It’s not that I haven’t known happiness.
Of course I have.”
Immediately, he remembered the utter joy of being with his dad. But the happiness of The Blind Woman was different.
She seemed unaltered by the things that happened around her. Mo thought, “I want to learn that happiness.”

I picked up my book, The Mosaic this morning
opened it up at random and started to read
The Blind Woman
The words above jumped out at me.
have you ever had the experience
of bumping into someone on the street,
or meeting them in the course of your day
and feeling that your whole world has been rocked.
of knowing that the connection of that one moment
has changed something in you?
who is your Blind Woman?
