As an expert in your field what are two financial tips you recommend for our readers?
- Invest in yourself by building your personal credit. It will give you credit worthiness to fund your ideas.
- Invest and establish a business, and also build up that business credit to use as leverage to purchase property and build a real estate portfolio.
How do you bring goodness to the world through financial education?
Leonard: I’ve done great deeds and taught people for free, bought my parents homes, donated money and clothes, given loans to family, friends and people without money all while expecting nothing in return. I put out a book that has taught many people and helped them get successful by just reading my experiences. I’ve taken care of kids and raised two daughters which I had full custody of for over 8 years. I’ve done my great share and still willing to help someone in need to this day. I’m just grateful to heavenly mother and father that he/she continue to use me as they see fit!
What’s something most people don’t know about finances?
Leonard: Most people don’t know that money is a responsibility. Not just something you collect and that the IRS will tax you hard! So be responsible and give them their cut and you will be fine. Just try to Write-Off what you can but make sure you have a good surplus to borrow money.
