As a child who grew up in the Italian Alps, Giulia Woegartner was surrounded by lush green forests, majestic peaks, and glistening rivers.

Today, Giulia is a travel photographer who’s love for natural beauty, and the environment has taken her on a quest to explore the beauty of the earth.

And of course! She’s able to achieve all these with her trusty camera, her signature yellow jacket, and a few life tips that she shares with us in this article.

Beat the Stress

Are you tired from a stressful day at work? Or are you just plain sleepy from hours of doing the same task over and over again? Yeah, this feeling is experienced by thousands, if not millions of individuals every day. It’s called Burnout.

Everyone has their way of getting over this feeling. For Giulia, merely sitting down to meditate for a few minutes makes all the difference.

Meditation has been proven time and again to lower stress levels; it’s also a great moment to sit down and reflect on all the good things that happened to you recently.

Apart from meditation, Giulia also steps out from work once in a while to get some fresh air at the balcony, during this time she drinks enough water to stay hydrated; this helps reduce the intensity of stress.

Forming good habits

For Giulia, having a To-Do list is an integral part of everyday life. Not only does this keep her in line, but it also helps her rank her tasks by priority.

She recommends you put the tedious tasks first and the fun ones last.

Shoot for the stars

Giulia preaches hard work and consistency; these two things have helped her stay relevant in her niche.

She explains that without hard work, you won’t get results, ” So many people don’t want to put in the work. They get pumped up by the success stories they see and hear from others without thinking about the steps required to achieve such success.

In our fast-paced society, I feel like patience is no longer a virtue. You should realize that good thing takes time, and sometimes you need a little bit of luck, dedication, and self-awareness to move closer to your goals. So go out there and try as much as you can!”

Kick back and relax

But there are sometimes that all these tips don’t work, the only way out of this is to sit back and relax.

Giulia suggests you grab a book, watch a movie, or put on your favorite playlist. Another great way to relax is to take a long shower; this will help calm your nerves.

Being Self-aware also helps.

Once you notice your stress levels are too high, turn off all your mobile devices and go to bed; you’ll wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on any challenge that comes your way!

“Taking a break is so important. It’s good to want to try to give your best and make sure everything is perfect, but taking a break is healthy and helps you to keep a clear mind.” Giulia.

Thinking ahead

Unlike most people who plan 3-5 years ahead, Giulia likes to live life one step at a time. She isn’t someone who ponders a lot about the future or what it holds.

Giulia shares, “life has a weird way of changing the course of your plans, when I figured this out I stopped swimming against the current and just go with the flow, of course.

I have dreams and visions I’d like to accomplish but I prefer thinking about how to get there one step at a time!”
