I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Zoe Johnson who is the Founder of Zoe Bee Beauty, to talk a little bit about her upbringing. Here is what she had to say:
In your own words, what’s your story Zoe? How did you get to where you are today?
I was previously working for the family IT Company. I had my youngest son in 2014. Whilst at home on maternity leave I began a Facebook page offering skincare advice and recipes. People started asking if I could make the creams/scrubs for them. It eventually started to build. I turned it into a business from there.
That is so awesome! What happened next? What did you learn from that?
I decided not to return to work, and work full time for myself from there. I had my daughter in 2017. I had to slow things down a bit. But over the past year it’s gradually built and becoming more and more successful each day. I am now making hundreds of orders every day and countries worldwide are beginning to stock my products.

Turning your hobby into your career is key. Doing what you love is incredibly rewarding.
