I felt lost! Something was missing in my life.

I felt unmotivated. Unsure of myself. Aimless. Can’t find my passion Directionless. Not clear on what my purpose in life is.

You’re in good company — most people, like you and me, are in the same boat.

Start by admitting that!

To be honest I don’t’ know the answer. I just admitted.

The true purpose in life is to find a meaningful reason which makes you happy every day! At least try to be happy.

I can share few things that help me every day to make my day better.

Find out what are the things that get more action

Find out things which make you take action without having a feeling of laziness. You’ll not get the purpose of life by doing this but you will find out the things that bring positive energy in you.

I played basketball for 8 straight years, no I barely touch the ball. I enjoyed those years. Now I play pool. This energised me. Sometimes table tennis. What matters to me is to keep finding things that get more action from my body. energised me. Sometimes table tennis. The experience is the reward. Clarity comes through the process of exploring. Explore as many things as you can. The action is where you get results.

Ask quality of question

This year, I have a task for me to ask a quality question which will make my brain get the answers I want.

I don’t ask what you I love? I ask, what should I do today so I can love that!

Help others

Sometimes in life, we can’t help others. We ourselves need help. There was a time, I was in debt. One of my asked me for money, I told him I don’t have but I connected him with few people and they helped me. I felt happy. I felt so grateful by helping him.

With all these suggestions, I have put, the one element of finding something worth is having the feeling of gratitude.

Gratitude is the currency of happiness.

So find out things that excite you and practice until you’re amazing.

You’ll learn to be bigger than yourself. You’ll learn that the life we’ve been given is a gift, and we must make the most of it, and not waste a second. You’ll learn that there is nothing more fulfilling than making the lives of others a little better.

The true purpose in life is to find a meaningful reason which makes you happy every day! At least try to be happy.
