If exercise is part of your weekly routine at home, then why shouldn’t it be when you travel? Keeping up your workout routine when abroad may seem like an impossible task, but with a little creativity, you can exercise anywhere; even in the confined space of a hotel room.
There are plenty of benefits of exercising whilst you travel including, reducing stress, regulating sleep, to avoid piling on the pounds whilst you’re away and of course keeping generally fit and healthy!
