How to Stay Happy When You Feel Everything is Finished

When you look at others, you often feel that they are full of life; they have everything what they desired to have. Likewise, you think you will live happily if you get what you fancy, but the more you desire, the more difficult you find to be complacent. Well, obtaining what you wish is not a way to stay happy in your life. The mantra to stay happy is be satisfied with what you have.

Life is not a barrel of laughs; rather it is a very complex journey with full of ups and downs. Sometimes it feels like blessing and sometimes it feels like curse. Accomplishments and challenges are part of life. When you achieve something, you float on air, and when life throws you a curve ball, you end up self-loathing and disgust.

Whether you accept it or not, pitfalls are part of life. You cannot escape them. Not all moments of life can be pleasing. When you feel like you are ruined, you have two options: either accept failure and rake it up until last breath or accumulate your courage to move on. If you opt for the first option, you will end up with resentment, self-frustration, regret and agony. This will take you nowhere. Of course, you will have to be audacious enough to withstand every difficult situation that you come across.

You may feel like you are finished at any moment of life die to any reason. For instance, you may be suffering from bereavement loss, your finances may be taking a toll on you, or you may be struggling to get your dream job. There can be numerous reasons for feeling like life is over. Majority of people continue to stay indignant because of poor financial condition, a study has said.

The rising cost of living and stagnant wages are to blame for disturbed financial condition. More than 80% of Britons rely on loans to finance their unexpected expenses. Payday loans for unemployed and bad credit loans are mainly popular among the needy. Direct lenders sign off on these loans at easier terms and conditions, but borrowers still struggle to pay back the amount on time due to which the burden of debt continues to mount up and they end up regretting why they borrowed money.

Life will never stop throwing you at the deep end, after all joy and sorrow are two aspects of the same coin, but you can avoid being tortured from bad experiences by following these ways.

Avoid overthinking

There are always reasons why things happen. Whether you or somebody else is responsible for what you have gone through, the rule of thumb says that you should accept the reality as is. You do not need to overthink about what you have suffered as it will take you nowhere. Overthinking adds fuel to your frustration and negativity. It creates problems only.

If life has knocked you down, you should not rake it up. Instead, try to engage in other activities that will help you have your mind diverted from nasty experience. Get indulged in activities that make you feel good. It will help boost your motivation and positivity. Learn from your current situation so that you do not repeat those mistakes in future. However, you must understand that you cannot control everything. Even if you are in trouble, believe yourself that you will get out of it. Nothing is static.

Stop blaming others

You have brains; you can think what is right and what is wrong. Who is your friend or who is your enemy. Who wants to protect you and who wants to lay hand on you. Having said earlier, there is always a reason for things to happen. Most of the time, you get into trouble because of your insanity and superciliousness. You should understand that you are accountable for all your actions. If you take credit for your good deeds, you should also take the blame for evil deeds.

Blaming others for your own actions is not a solution. It is only you who can change your life. People can advise you, but you need to act on them to bring a change. Everyone falls in a dangerous situation and it is very easy to blame others for your sufferings without looking into what beliefs and habits are to blame. You continue to make excuses and perhaps everyone is good at it.

Do not be judgmental. Hold yourself accountable and figure out how you can change your circumstances. Think what you can do to have different results. Taking responsibility means that you allow yourself one chance to learn from your mistakes.

Start fresh

Many people keep resenting over their bad mistakes and give up. To err is human; if you have committed a mistake in your life, it does end here. In fact, you should learn from it and make a fresh start. Nobody is perfect and you must accept this truth.
