When you suddenly have an idea that you are excited about, that is Divine guidance.
You have desires for a reason, they are there to Divinely guide you if you are up for the challenge.
You can also let that desire dwindle into nothing, that’s totally up to you.
When you make a choice to commit to fulfilling a desire in your life the growth that happens along the way is phenomenal.
In fact, your desires are the catalyst for you to learn your lessons. They provide an opportunity to tap into your wisdom.
I am in a situation right now where an old revenue stream is threatened and I can choose to replace it with the same old ways and make it safe and predictable, but I don’t want to. I am no longer in alignment with that old way of BEing.
I have learned that no matter what, put your time and energy in the direction of your dreams because it takes just as much time, energy and effort to do something that doesn’t feel right even though it may be safe.
Even though a new direction may be safe and predictable, why continue to walk down a road that no longer serves you or excites you?
You know the saying, “Leap and the net will appear” – things always work out in the end anyway, don’t they?
The 2 questions you need to ask when you are in the grips of uncertainty:
The next time you’re in a situation where you are tempted to make the safe predictable choice, ask yourself:
1. Is this the direction where I see myself in the Future?
2. Does this feel aligned with what I want to accomplish?
Keep in mind where you are in your life is the result of all the decisions you have made in the past.
