Todd Lamb is the Co-Founder and managing partner of PureLife Organics, a company dedicated to the pursuit of creating healthy people and a healthy planet. Todd served over 20 years in public service with the Armed Forces and Police Service, where he learned the value and importance of serving others.
What does your company do?
PureLife Organics is focused on creating healthy people. We achieve this through proprietary organic supplements and other products aimed at enhancing the quality of our customer’s life.
In addition, we contribute to worldwide reforestation efforts through drone planting and assisting poverty stricken nations to provide work for their citizens.
What’s the toughest decision you’ve had to make?
I would say the decision to leave policing and move to business full-time caused a serious lack of sleep for about a week or so. Giving up a guaranteed $125K salary plus pension to pursue a project I believed deeply in was terrifying, but ultimately worked out for the best.
What has surprised you most about running your own business?
I was shocked at how similar it can be to running a SWAT team in terms of managing risk, building procedures for systems, leading people and putting the right people in the right place to see them succeed.
