Meditation Teachings:
“Our life is directed by how we identify ourselves within our mind. Our identification or the mental lens that we use to look at the world determines the end result of our activities. One should learn the ability to identify and understand how these identifications born, their root cause and how they have been influencing the life.”
Examples:
Lord Buddha identified his mind with knowledge of self and oneness hence he saw only oneness and spoke about inner- knowledge.
Bill Gates or Steve Jobs identified themselves in mind with technology and changed the way we work and communicate.
Gandhi identified his mind with Peace and Non-Violence and asked everyone for the same.
Marie Curie identified herself in her mind with Physics and Chemistry.
Alexander identified himself with conquering and war.
A person who identifies others in mind just as human beings will never discriminate on the name of Gender or Color or Religion.
Serial killers or Terrorists identify their minds with pleasure of killing innocent.
“”What’s your lens? which thing you are identified in your mind to see the world?””
“It is very important that these mental lenses or identifications that we develop through which we see and identify the world should not give failure and depress us. If the life is depressed and if anyone is consistently experiencing failures then it’s time to evaluate their mental lens and work on it to change it.”
“In meditation one can learn self-reflection, it helps to understand and see our mind objectively”.
