- What are you reading at the moment? Erwin McManus – The Way of the Warrior
- What’s keeping you awake at night? I struggle with anxiety, so if I cannot sleep it’s probably due to that.
- What’s the one thing you can’t live without? My Peleton bike. Makes it fun and easy for me to get in my daily workout.
- What is the hardest thing you overcame? My inability to maintain a healthy lifestyle. That’s how All IN came to be— finally finding a sustainable way to be the healthiest me.
- How did you get out of your own way? I journal everyday— gets those things nagging at the back of my brain out on the page and allows me to breathe.
