In the Rain: A Meditation for Optimism

This is a meditation on optimism.

I woke up this morning to the sound of the rain on the leaves of the tree outside my window. I decided to record this meditation with the sound all around me.

In this time of pandemic, states of emergency and lockdowns, meditation is very powerful in keeping us grounded and calm.

In this time of pandemic, states of emergency and lockdowns, being optimistic and expressing our optimism makes life better for us and for those around us.

As we leave this pandemic and the community recovers, those who are realistic and infectiously optimistic will be the supermen and superman of our communities.

The meditation takes 5 minutes. After concentrating on our breath, the most vital part of wellbeing, we will share some affirmations for the day.
