Kindness is noticing an unusual silence time stretch from others

Kindness is offering help during sickness — stepping up even when you don’t feel like it

Kindness is being grateful for what you have, and understanding for those who don’t.

Kindness is reflecting before reacting

Kindness is using your best self, always.
