Mindfulness is a
state so peaceful you tend to
crave it more and more …
Initially though
the process seems quite
impossible to endure …
But gradually with
practice you feel you’ve
opened up a door …
To soon discover
the harmony of thoughts
arising to the fore …
They seem to fleet from
here to there like a
wandering restless spore …
Then you realize
that it is just a thought and
stare at it to the core …
That’s when such thought
slowly ceases again
your mind an empty score …
So you start anew
and view your mind which is
much clearer than before …
Like the waves of our
mixed emotions rushing
against a peaceful shore …
The tide of memories
from our past
just rise again once more …
We then consciously try
to soothe the ripples and
concentrate like before …
Mindfulness is a
state so blissful you tend to
crave it more and more …
