It seems like there should be more. What about those crazy folk who are all find a job you love and you’ll never work another day and follow your passion. Are they for real? Because that’d be….kinda nice actually. Well love, yes they are real but what they actually mean is, if you love what you do, you don’t mind doing the work (mostly). Not quite the same.

Feeling a bit “crap, it’s Monday already”?

Chances are you not making the most of your natural gifts. There is another way. A way that’s right for you. When your soul is in alignment with your how you make your cash, magic happens. You were meant for greatness. Your greatness is different from mine and that’s how it should be. You are not your job. You are not worth what your salary says you are. Your value as a human being is priceless. Not feeling it? That can be changed.

That annoying inner voice that pipes up and says “is this it?” The feeling deep down that says “I’m not meant to be here”. The dread of Monday morning on Sunday night. You want more, you want different but you’re…stuck. You’re successful, but you’re unhappy. You’re great at your job but it’s just…same old, same old. There is another way.

Get out of “I haaate this” and into “hell yes, this is my life!”

  • Where are you now? What’s working in your career and what’s not. What lights you up like it’s the Fourth of July? What makes you want to tear your hair out? What’s stupid easy for you? Tony Robbins says success leaves clues (he’s right). So does your purpose in life. Play detective.
  • What to choose, what to choose… Now you what you love to do and where your natural talents have been hiding. It’s time to work out how you can get paid to do that thing. Does this mean changing careers? Is it more a change of roles? Do you want to start your own business or work freelance? Do you need to go back to school to retrain or is about repackaging the skills you have?
  • Bridging the gap. Time to design the actual steps to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be. How can you showcase your skills, abilities and experience? The world needs to be able to see how great you are (yes, you are going to have to tell them).
  • Money, honey. Unless you’re rocking a trust fund, you’re going to have to pay your rent. It’s a non-negotiable. There are ways but it all comes down to Money Beliefs. What stories are running around unchecked? How did your parents handle money and money convos? Do you know you numbers? If your next paycheck was your last paycheck, what would you do? Did just readying that last sentence nearly give you a heart attack? Money gives you freedom, it costs less than you think BUT you’ve got to get comfy looking at this stuff.

What else? Change takes time and so do results. Make a 3 month commitment to yourself to really give this process an opportunity to work. If you need more time, that’s fine too. You got this.

After 3 months we’ll look at how things have gone across all stages and agree on what will serve you best for next steps.

Why listen to me? I’ve been where you are. I’ve asked the same questions, I’ve been awake in the middle of the night knowing something wasn’t right but not knowing what was wrong. I’ve made leaps of faith because something had to change. I’ve been there. I get it. I know you can do it because I did it.

Your path will be different to mine but there is a way. Show up for yourself, do the work, it’ll be worth it.

You got this. Are you ready? Your future’s waiting.
