Journalling brings my thoughts to words. As I write, I feel my brain pumping with energy as I constantly express my feelings down to the paper.

When I write in my notebook, I feel confident and less worried about what happens in my life. Words are powerful and can mean a lot of things. My feelings can be a mix of positive and negative but right now I am sticking to the positive.

Journalling is my go-to resource for my emotional wellbeing. I feel blessed when I start writing as this is easier to express myself than speaking.

Understanding that talking is good as well, I feel that writing is the gateway to mindfulness.

Writing will help me seek opportunities that may not have crossed paths with me before.
