Religions were incredibly inventive about how to bring emotional education about. They built amazing buildings and commissioned the greatest artists to convince us of their views. They channeled the power of ritual to help us retain important psychological ideas and get difficult messages across.

Religions that were once incredibly influential (across all of society) now have small bands of faithful followers.

I’m not religious. I’m inspired.

Religions are too creative and interesting to be sidelined to those who happen to still believe in them. Perhaps of greatest importance is to rescue what is still thoughtful, inspiring and pertinent from that which is no longer true.

Happy Easter!
