There’s no question most of us feel better when days are longer and we can feel the warmth of the sun on our skin. Somehow muscles loosen, we stand taller, and move easier into the world around us. When we feel like this our eyes seek out everything that confirms this feeling. We direct our attention to the good, the beautiful, the harmonious in life.

But there can be times, even for the most joyous of us, when our inner light dims and our mind seeks out the dark, the unkind, the pain, hopeless and the ugly of life.  Why is that? And what can we do about that?  How can we re-kindle the light within us. How can we re-connect with our loved ones and the world around us with the soul light that we are.

By using the power of your subconscious mind you can reconnect to your soul essence – your soul space.

On your dark days, if you use this protocol it will help enable your light to emerge from the dark and shine – promise!
Close your eyes and imagine:
Find where in your body you carry your light. For some souls it’s the heart center. For others, throat  or third eye  Look for it until you find it.
When you’ve found it, then find the switch that allows you to turn up the light.  Make it brighter, larger, shinier, take your time, it might be resistant at first.  When you get that glow on, let it flow through your entire body so you become a glimmering shimmering being of light..

Bring into that light the awareness of your personal magic; your kindness to others, your laughter, the tenderness you show to all living creatures.

Bring into that light all the relationships that you have loved, lost, and those you love less

Bring into that light the younger you. The child that may or may not have had a perfect childhood. Let the light bring unconditional love and understanding to that child, surrounding it with the light.

Feel the light connecting to all living creatures. Feel it. Experience it  Confirm your place in the tapestry of relationship to all.

Open your eyes and smile.  Notice how everything and everyone around you appears brighter

Because it is.  Your light is shining.  Celebrate it and share it!
