1. Start & End your day with Yoga

Let your day begin with a Yoga routine, don’t reach for your phone immediately.

(If you are a beginner & lazy, and still want to achieve your goals..)

If you ever feel restless while going to bed, try mindfulness meditation. You deserve the best sleep in the world. So forget what happened last year. 2017 is all yours..

Go to sleep happy. Wake Up. And be Awesome.

2. Make your diet plan

Make your own easy to follow diet plan!

A balanced nutritious diet combined with yoga will help you maintain proper weight and improve your overall health and immunity. Your diet can also have a profound effect on your mood and sense of well being. Replace the unhealthy foods in your diet with healthy alternatives. Avoid packaged and processed foods.

You don’t have to completely stop enjoying your favorite foods. But slowly make it a habit to include more healthy ingredients to your diet.

Start your day with a whole grain cereal, more vegetables, fruits and nuts. Include more fiber, protein and carbs in your diet.

Cut back on sugar, avoid sugary food and drinks. Reduce the use of salt.

You can also keep an account of your calorie intake.

And drink plenty of water.

Eat for the body you want, not the body you have!

3. Stay Clean

Keep calm and take a shower!

Always keep yourself clean. Practice good Oral Hygiene. Wash your hands before and after your meal. Choose your products (oral products, hair, skin care,… ) carefully.

Find time for skin, hair and nail care. Exfoliate your skin once in a week. Give your hair a hot oil massage. Keep yourself well groomed and your surroundings clean. Always carry hand sanitizer and clean wipes while traveling.

Always remember, Hygiene is two thirds of health!
