My Microstep is to charge my cell phone outside my bedroom at night on the weekends. I have the habit of looking at my phone in the middle of the night if I wake up, or I’ll text myself something to remember so I can “go back to sleep.” My goal is to start doing it during the week as well. 

After putting my phone to sleep, I also put a notepad and pen by my bedside to write a note if I needed to remember something — so I can go back to sleep and forget about it until the morning.
