Hello, all you amazing people of the universe!!

Ok, so maybe I seem a little too enthusiastic for you right now.  I get that.  Sometimes in our world of life coaching, we tend come on a little too excited for others to handle.   It sounds funny to say “our world” of life coaching, implying that I’m now a part of that world.  I remember my first interactions with life coaches, and it seeming a bit intimidating to me.  It just didn’t resonate with me.  I felt like it was over my head.  These life coach people just didn’t get me, or I just didn’t get them.  I mean, they were all so happy and positive all the time!  It didn’t seem real, or at the very least, it didn’t feel attainable to me.  Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t UNhappy.  I am blessed to be a mother of four incredible, healthy children, and have a husband who I love.  So, what was missing?

Eventually, I started my own journey of self awareness, and self discovery.  I learned a lot about myself, which was, and continues to be, a difficult, yet rewarding process.  I had to be Honest.  By the way, in case you were wondering, the hardest person to be honest with in the entire world is YOURSELF!  You may not be willing to accept that just yet, but it’s the truth.

I learned way to much about myself to discuss here, but I can tell you that I figured out that I was living too much in fear- fear of what others thought of me, and even of my fate itself.  I learned that maybe I was a bit too judgmental, even though I absolutely hated judgmental people! Well, it turns out, I was judging them too.  I also learned that I’m a lot more awesome than I ever gave myself credit for.  Although I always prided myself on living a life filled with gratitude, I leaned that I had so much more to be grateful for than I ever even realized.  I also learned HOW to live with more gratitude, for myself, and for everything in my world, including the hard parts.

I started sharing my thoughts with friends going through tough times, and even with strangers while serving as a crew member for several Tony Robbins events.  I often surprised myself with what was coming out of my mouth.  I remember thinking, ”Wow, that’s good shit!”  They all thought so, too, and thanked me for my wisdom and insight.  Little by little, I began to realize that I have a gift.  So, why not share it with others?  Why not help other people live a fuller life of gratitude?  Why not help them help their children to live happier and more fulfilled lives?  Nothing excited me more than having that realization.  So, here I am.  I’ve officially enrolled in a certified training program, and have started my classes.  I know that this is just the beginning.  I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me.   Even more, I can’t wait to help others on their own personal journeys to living a more joyful life.   Stay tuned, because I have so much more to share with you!
