Schedule at least one walking meeting per week. Walking three times a week for forty minutes increases brain connectivity and cognitive performance.
How to do it
- Find a meeting to take this week and label the location in your calendar as “walking.” Give your colleague a heads up too, so everyone is in comfortable shoes!
- Map out where you want to walk ahead of time. Walking outside can improve your memory and focus, but if that’s not an option even a few laps around the office can do.
