This week we sit down with Maye and Kimbal Musk. The mother and son duo joined me in the Spotify Studio in Stockholm to talk about their shared passion to stop the epidemic of unhealthy food that threatens both humanity and the planet. They also give us a look into their journey from South Africa to Canada, from a poor working family to hard working entrepreneurs. Maye is not only the mother of three successful children but also a strong entrepreneur herself, working as a nutrition expert for over 45 years. Although working in the field, she hasn’t got the love of cooking, and this is where Kimbal has taken charge. From prepping dinner for the whole family, Kimbal is today the co-founder of The Kitchen – a restaurant business giving everyone in America the possibility to eat “real” food from local farms.
