You often witness these magical Spirits. They come in two’s. Not identical, but always complementary. What one lacks, the other has! It’s a peculiar phenomena. Would’nt you agree? How the Universe aligns Spirits, while presenting them through human form! This is the wonder of movement. It is grand and mystical. Even more insightful, is that it may appear invisible to the naked eye. Yet, when you feel it, you know it is real.
One of the beautiful aspects when connecting with Spiritual twins, is the nurture associated with them. Through men, they have a fraternal attribute. With women, they are Sisters.

Patterns of their movement are reflective of each other; in Cairo and on the New Cairo campus of the American University in Cairo. I have run into quite a few; and have sometimes, experienced my own! A couple of years ago, I met my Spiritual twin, graduate student (Psychology major), Kamauria Macree. Our paths would cross at some of the most intricate times on campus. Nevertheless, they crossed. And that was destined to happen.
When one encounters Spiritual twins, there is an aura of harmony. Balance is alive. Peace and security are felt in the spaces they placate. And often, they are coupled in a quiet nature. At the American University in Cairo (and all over the world), this fascinating paradise, has it’s own spectra of Spiritual twins. And this is where these precious ladies, come into play. Cairo (as with other places of the world), is filled with many Twin spirits. That’s one of her numerous, beautiful elements. These Spirits are a reminder of a greater power.

Heaven blesses each person with their very own twin spirit; so that everyone contributes to bringing balance to Earth’s planes. In many ways, Spiritual twins assist in the rising of the Earth’s frequency. Bringing the Earth closer to re-newing and re-storing herself. For Cairo, it means that pollution and poverty decreases; as greenery, balance of resources, and happiness, increases. The observation of more Spiritual twins, while also seeing the ignition of their chemistry, also assists in this gift.

At AUC, running into more Spiritual twins, means that there is a great change happening. It shows that beauty, happiness, and holistic energy is increasing on campus. The AUC landscapes of the New Cairo (and Downtown) campuses, are designed to embrace such elements. Through natural elements, such aesthetics are being allowed to flourish. It has taken much time, effort, vocality, creativity, and the push for change. Nevertheless, it is happening. The feminine, Mother Earth, is re-claiming her space. Outside of campus, she is also making efforts to re-claim her place. And those men and women, aware of the communal Spirit, are being connected-and used the most! Selfishness, idolatry, and vanity have no place on this journey.

More and more, the spark and magic of AUC’s campuses are coming to life. Being propelled to re-design, while throwing away outdated measures of thinking. And yes, Spiritual twins, are playing their part. They are a reminder into how the human Spirit is interconnected. Humans are not alone in how they maneuver, through the essence of time. There is a fellow Being, who truly understands our personal feelings. And its because, they really are complements of our Spirits. Whether Spiritual twins come in the form of family members, best friends, a familiar Spirit, co-workers, or what have you. It all depends on the attitudes of the heavens.

Yet, what makes it intrinsic, is how we meet our Spiritual twins in the unlikeliest of places, times, and spaces. The Universe, too, has a sense of humor; and loves the artistry of surprises. What’s fascinating is that once a Spirit meets their Spiritual twin, there is an automatic connection; and feeling of such. It’s exciting! It’s invigorating! And one is never alone. More and more, it becomes a testimony that there is a greater entity at work. Humans don’t control the Earth; not in the way, we think-anyhow. We can only move through it, in the best way, we can! And twins of the Spirit make this journey. . .just a tad more, hmm–colorful! For Spiritual twins, the case is open! Forever and ever more!
